10, 9, 8, 7 ...

As I sat here in front of my computer reading my emails, I heard 妹妹 counting ... backwards! Sure I know she could count to 20 (after that it's all muffles) but since when did she learn how to count backwards?!

Chef Wannabes

No, they did not tell me they want to be Chefs when the grow up. Though, 哥哥 did said he wanted to a couple of time but most of the time he said he wanted to be a Builder like 爸爸 *爸爸 faints*

But they loves to 'cook' at home and they will serve me all kind of food. Lucky for me it's not real food. Otherwise, I'll turn into a very fat pig very soon!

Changed!

I was filling the kid's water bottle for school today and when I returned to 妹妹's room, I was surprised that she had changed to her school uniform on her own! I could see that she was very pleased with herself too. She kept telling me, "妈妈. I change school XXXX!" (she couldn't pronounce uniform).

But she wore her panties the wrong way. *giggle* Well, that's because 哥哥's underwear has the picture on the front but hers is suppose to be on the back. *laughs* She is confused, lah. Whatever it is, I'm very proud she could do it all on her own without any help and that's including putting on socks and shoes too!

My Weather Girl

This is 妹妹 reading her book.The odd angle was due to the fact that I was holding the camera with one hand and try to flip and and pointing the words to her Royal Highness because she won't do it.

Love the last part where she baby-talks. So funny!

I can read the weather

妹妹 is still not speaking very well. She still baby-talk a lot. But give her a book, she could actually reads it! One of the books she could read is the book required to buy for her pre-nursery school.

I was surprised that she was able to read it on her after only reading to her twice. It was the same for the second book from her school.

One day while we were out, she told me, "妈妈, It is a windy day." At least this shows that she understands what she's reading. *wink*

But I don't have such luck reading Chinese books to her. She will close the book after the second page. I have not been successful with Chinese flash cards either. Humph!

I will still continue to reading Chinese books to her but she is moving on to 哥哥's story books from his Nursery School now. So far, she is already reading one of his books on her own now. *grins*

The Angels are in the Craft Box too!

I like the new layout for this blog so much, I decided to revamp The Little Craft Box too. Doesn't matter I just revamp it no long ago. I didn't like the last change anyway and was finding time to change it again.

This time round, it was much easier as it's basically the same as this blog. Same layout and similar graphics too. It doesn't matter both blogs share the same theme, after all it's still about my Angels. *winks*

Now, what am I going to do with my food blog? It should be similar with these two blogs but I still have not find any suitable graphics yet. No more Angels there, I hope.

My Angels have wings now

If you have just visited this blog, you will notice the graphics of two monsters Angels on the header greeting you. Yes, I have just revamped this blog. The current layout is less pink but still as sweet. *stick out tongue*

I have friends and visitors using IE telling me they are not able to load my blog(s). I'm not sure what's wrong but I hope they are able to load now. Only thing left now is to find out why my blogs are getting these irritating pop-ups from http://www.advertising-department.com. Grr!

Get Crafty

Quite some time back, I mentioned that a certain craft magazine has approached me to contribute to their magazine.

Well, the magazine is finally out and they were so kind to send me a few copies. They even have a site where you can have a look at the magazine in varies format.

Those who like crafts will find this magazine very interesting. I did. I didn't know there's sliver clay which will turn to pure 999 sliver after 10 minutes in the kiln and fire. Interesting

Oh, my kids craft is featured as mentioned. Look out for my contribution in their Kid's Workshop section. I can be found in their friend's page too. *wink*
