Greetings on a Shell

My mind was blank for quite some times. I just couldn’t think of what to do as Christmas presents for 哥哥’s teacher. Only managed with these ‘Christmas Shells’ on Wednesday. Luckily it was very easy and fast. 哥哥 had fun searching for the Alphabets needed for the greetings!

When we finished with the shells, 哥哥 kept saying,"The biggest shell is for my丁老师!" That's his favorite teacher. He was so sad when I told him 丁老师 won't be teaching him next year.

Oh, 爸爸 also help us stuff ‘Xmas Candies’ for Warren’s classmates (see next posting instructions). The first time 爸爸 got involved with our crafts. Maybe he pity us when he saw we had so much to do! We had lots of fun!

Materials needed:

  • Shells
  • Glitters
  • Craft Glue (white and turned transparent when dry)
  • Macaroni Alphabets
  • Coloured Markers

How to do it:

  1. Adult wipe glue all over shells with finger.
  2. Spinkle glitters sparingly all over the shells.
  3. Wait for glue to dry.
  4. Put glue behind Macaroni.
  5. Place on the Shells to form words.
  6. Wait for glue to dry.
  7. Colour the Macaroni with Coloured Markers.

There you have it. Chirstmas Greetings on a Shell!
